He has handled a broad range of cases — from DUI and auto-related charges to drug offenses, theft, assault, and serious violent crimes — and routinely works to minimize penalties or secure dismissals when facts and law allow.
For more than 25 years, Mr. Lluis has also represented immigrants facing the intersection of criminal and immigration laws, advising clients on how criminal charges can affect immigration status and pursuing relief when possible. David A. Lluis
David A. Lluis has practiced immigration law since 2004 and focuses on representing clients detained by immigration authorities and those facing removal proceedings.
